Charting will be kept on each Dogs Progress

• Health concerns / diet / stool check / intake of food & water

• Veterinarian must be listed for each dog and seen annually

• Proof of up to date vaccinations and when shots are due / for your dogs protection

• If Shots are due: Shots are required 10 days before Boarding :Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella for Kennel Cough and Rabies.

• Veterinarian needs to be notified that your dog is spending the day with me
